Introduction to Exercise 3 - Writing topic
sentences
In this exercise, you will write topic sentences that are appropriate
for a paragraph.
In the following paragraphs, the topic sentence is missing. Read each
paragraph and type an appropriate topic sentence in the box provided.
Click on the HINT button to help you determine what should be included
in the topic sentence. When you have finished, click DONE and compare
your answer with WHAT WE WROTE.
